Our Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return it for a refund (minus 30% of your total balance to cover custom printing costs). The following conditions must be met for this refund:

1. Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 20 days of original ship date.
2. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges; please return via UPS or insured mail as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. The return must be pre-authorized by calling The Welcome Bag Company and obtaining a return authorization code.
4. Please include the following information with your return: full name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, return authorization code, & reason for return.

The Welcome Bag Company reserves the right to deny refunds to those customers who have not met the above conditions. Please fulfill these conditions so we may meet your needs!
