Our Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return it for a refund (minus 30% of your total balance to cover custom printing costs). The following conditions must be met for this refund:
- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 20 days of original ship date.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges; please return via UPS or insured mail as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- The return must be pre-authorized by calling The Welcome Bag Company and obtaining a return authorization code.
- Please include the following information with your return: full name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, return authorization code, & reason for return.
